Cleanse first before you exfoliate, so that you can remove the dirt that has been collected by your face throughout the day.

Exfoliation is the removal of dead skin cells on your skin’s surface in order to unearth fresh new cells below.


Drinking enough water (eight glasses) is also beneficial to your body as it enables you to remove the toxins in your body and improves the elasticity of your skin. But make sure not to drink excess water as it can be harmful to you.
